You have to be a natural communicator with a sharp focus as developing relationships is what these roles are all about. You need plenty of initiative, but at the same time the ability to work well as part of a team. You should be results orientated, both in terms of sales and the level of customer service you provide.
We encourage everyone to develop an understanding of the business and do everything we can to help them progress, but at the same time you have to be keen to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
Whichever role you go for, you should have a genuine belief in the Viyella brand and the products we sell because to give your best it’s essential that you enjoy what you do.
