Delivery Costs

UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.
The usual flat rate for UK delivery is £4.95.
Delivery to a Viyella store in the UK is free (see below).

Click & Collect

Viyella has a free ‘Collect in Store’ option for all UK stores, excluding outlets and department concessions stores.

After placing an order online and selecting your chosen store, you will be contacted to arrange a collection time for your delivery, providing a convenient service for customers unable to accept deliveries to their homes.

Delivery Times

We currently offer delivery Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Once placed, your order will arrive within 5 working days to most UK addresses. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 10 working days, and for remote areas, up to 2 more working days.

Delivery Areas

Subject to terms and conditions we deliver to all UK, Isle Of Man and BFPO addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

It is FREE to return your order to any UK store, within the exception of outlets or department concessions stores, within 28 days of receiving your order.

Simply take your dispatch and returns note, along with your items and payment card, to receive your refund.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the Credit/Debit card you used to place your order.

We are happy to exchange your items subject to store stock availability.

Returns By Post

To return items by post please complete the returns paperwork and take your order to your nearest post office. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges by post.
