International Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order within 10 working days; however your order may take longer if you live in a remote area or have placed your order during a period of high demand.
Please note this excludes weekends and UK bank (public) holidays.
International Returns by Post
Please send your goods to the following address in an unused, unaltered and good, saleable condition within 28 days of purchasing:

We will refund your payment card within 2 working days of receiving your goods.
Tax, Duties & Costs
We do not refund the postal costs incurred when returning items from outside the UK, except in instances where your order is faulty or damaged, where we will replace the item(s) or refund the cost.
Please check that any products you wish to purchase comply with the state and federal government import regulations in your country before placing your order, and be aware that there may be subsequent charges relating to import duties, taxes, fees and/or charges which are levied by the importing country, and as such are the responsibility of the customer.
For all Viyella products delivered within the UK or EU, a VAT receipt can be provided on request. Prices displayed for the goods and services are inclusive of UK VAT and will be charged in local currency of delivery; see above for charges.
If your order has been delivered outside the EU (including Channel Islands and Canary islands), the price will remain the same including UK VAT. We regret that we are unable to provide a VAT receipt.
