Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition (the “Competition”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. This Competition is open to residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Viyella, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Competition. No purchase necessary.
  3. To enter you must successfully sign up to Viyella’s e-Newsletter. Only one entry per person. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Viyella does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.
  4. The winner will be the first entry to be drawn at random (by an independent person) from the entrants who have chosen the right to subscribe to our e-Newsletter. The winner will be selected quarterly from all new subscribers within 3 months of the “closing date”, with the first closing date being 1st May 2013, the second closing date being 1st August 2013 and so forth. The winner will be drawn within 2 weeks of the closing date. The winner will be notified by phone or email no later than 4 weeks after the closing date. Our decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.
  5. There is one prize per draw (the “Prize”) consisting of £500 to spend at a Viyella store of the Winner’s choice. Voucher terms apply.
  6. If the prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of the winner being notified, Viyella reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner. To claim the Prize, the winner will need to confirm their name and address to the email address notifying of the win. The voucher will then be sent in the post.
  7. The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Viyella reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
  8. By entering the Competition you agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Viyella may require.

  10. The winner’s details will be available for 1 month after the winner is chosen by sending a SAE to ‘Viyella Email Sign Up’ Competition, Viyella at the address below.
  11. Viyella reserves the right to i) cancel this promotion, ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
